Loft Conversions
Loft conversions are sometimes an appealing way of adding extra space. They are not without their technical problems, though. M B Construction has undertaken many loft conversions on differing types of property.
Working with leading architects and structural engineers, we can provide extra bedrooms, bathrooms or, perhaps, a new study.
The project shown here added a new bedroom with en suite bathroom to a bungalow.
Here is another conversion of a second storey house in Cley to provide 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities. 2 new dormer windows were added as was the new entrance porch:-
