M B Construction has undertaken a huge range of renovation projects in North Norfolk.
Working with leading local architects and structural engineers, we are able to tackle even the most challenging renovation projects.
We have undertaken many projects which necessitated working closely with the conservation departments of both North Norfolk and Broadland District Councils.
We are qualified to provide damp and timber treatments with back up guarantees.
All projects will use appropriate new or reclaimed materials as best suited to ensure the renovation is sympathetic to the original. The provision of customised joinery, caste iron guttering, lead work, reclaimed bricks and tiles, etc. is all very familiar to us.
The project shown here was undertaken in conjunction with the conservation department of Broadland Council. This extended to the use of traditional limewash for the walls and horse hair for the slaked lime plaster.
